- Our Walk-a-thon is approaching very quickly. We are already having a "Pledge Tally Day" on Wednesday. On this day we will ask the students how much they have raised so far. The class with the most so far will get extra recess! Thank you so much for all your support!
- Hot Lunch is on Wednesday. If you have ordered through the paper form or online, your child will be receiving it this Wednesday.
- Friday is a Food Bank Mass. Students are asked to bring in one food item to donate! Thank you!
- Also thank you for all the coins on Terry Fox day! We raised so much money!
Weekly Work
- Please continue working with the letters sent home.
- You should have received a RAZ-kids information sheet last week. If you haven't please let me know and I can send you a new one.
- In our phonics and alphabet book we will be working on the sounds of j, f,g, l and d. These would be great letters to practice and make words with at home this week.
- In Math, we are working on the strategy of counting on and using the math language "more than". We will also be looking at number charts and thinking about which number comes next.
- In Science, we are continuing with day and night and demonstrating how the tilt of the earth creates the seasons.
